Actress Bukunmi Oluwasina apologise to fans over prank gone South
Nollywood actress, Bukunmi Oluwasina, has apologized to her followers, family, and coworkers for making a costly joke about them.
Recall on Wednesday, the actress faked tears as she mourned the passing of a close friend. The actress said a significant loss had left her distraught and devastated.
She stated that the experience has left her disturbed since she couldn’t reconcile with the reality of the loss.
She wrote, “a whole lot has been happening this past few days, and even though I felt I should keep posting and ignore but it has been hard for me. These past few days have been quite traumatizing because I still can’t bring myself to the reality that you are gone. Just a few days ago, we were still together she we go practically everywhere together”.
The actress would later come on Thursday to assure all and sundry that everything was well with her as she was only joking.
The mum of one stated that she was only joking around and was trying to lit up the atmosphere.
Bukunmi Oluwasina noted how many were happy believing that she was mourning and experiencing a great loss.
She wrote in a lengthy post on her Instagram, “I still dey receive a call on this “Bukunmi Oluwasina says She has been going through a lot…. breaking down in tears” Post, some people already knew it was a prank the first time they saw it (The ones who know I rough play”.

Gas Explosion in Katsina Filling Station Damages Six Vehicles
A gas cylinder explosion at a filling station in Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina State has resulted in significant damage to six vehicles, according to a statement from the Katsina State Police Command.
The command’s spokesperson, Abubakar Sadiq-Aliyu, confirmed the incident, which occurred on Friday, November 15, 2024.
He explained that a loud explosion alerted police operatives from the Jibia Divisional Police Headquarters. Responding promptly, the Divisional Police Officer led a team to the site, supported by military personnel.

“Upon arrival, operatives found a truck loaded with gas cylinders engulfed in flames at Tamal filling station, along Kagadama-Magamar Jibia Road,” Sadiq-Aliyu stated. The joint team acted swiftly, deploying measures to protect lives and limit property damage. Their efforts successfully extinguished the fire.
The spokesperson added, “Six motor vehicles were significantly affected by the fire incident, but fortunately, no life was lost.”
State Commissioner of Police, Aliyu Abubakar-Musa, has directed a thorough investigation to determine the cause of the explosion. Updates on the findings will be provided as investigations progress.
This incident highlights the need for heightened safety measures at gas filling stations to prevent such occurrences.
