Content Creator Egungun Of Lagos Faces Blackmail Attempt Over Private Video
The wife of renowned content creator Egungun of Lagos, Pashotah, has come forward to expose a blackmail attempt involving a private video of her husband.
Speaking out on her Instagram page, she detailed the incident, revealing that the blackmailer contacted her directly with threats to release the video unless specific demands were met.
In her statement, Pashotah emphasised that while she had previously ignored similar threats, this situation prompted her to take a stand as the blackmail was directed at her.
She shared screenshots of the blackmailer’s messages, which included demands and an intent to shame her publicly.
Addressing the origins of the video, Pashotah explained that it was a private recording meant solely for her.
Despite the breach of privacy, she expressed confidence in her husband’s integrity, highlighting her active involvement in his work over the years.

“This relationship is built on trust, understanding, loyalty, commitment, and so much more,” she wrote in her post. “So there’s nothing that can bring us down, not even now.”

In her Instagram post, she called out the blackmailer for targeting her, stating, “This blackmailer didn’t go to Egungun of Lagos directly… but came to me instead because he has a motive of putting me to shame like he said in his messages above.”
