Content Creator, Egungun Reacts To Viral Private Video Leak
Popular Nigerian content creator, Kuye Adegoke, widely known as Egungun of Lagos, has sparked reactions online following the circulation of a leaked video involving him.
Despite the backlash, the entertainer appears unfazed, as evidenced by his recent social media activity.
The video, which surfaced online, shows Egungun in a casual moment brushing his teeth during a video call with an unidentified woman. However, during the call, he unintentionally exposed his private parts while wearing shorts.
This comes after his wife, Pashotah, publicly addressed a blackmail attempt involving her husband’s private videos.
According to Pashotah, a Snapchat user screen-recorded a private video Egungun had intended to send to her while he was traveling but mistakenly uploaded to his story.
Speaking about the incident, she highlighted the malicious intent of the individual behind the blackmail attempt.

The leaked video has triggered mixed reactions across social media platforms.
Critics have questioned Egungun’s image as a family man, especially in light of his wife’s staunch defense of their marriage amid the blackmail scandal.
Many netizens have also expressed doubts about the couple’s stance on the issue, sparking heated debates online.
In what seems like an effort to dismiss the controversy, Egungun recently posted a video on Instagram where he appeared in high spirits.
The video, featuring a woman dancing with him in his living room to Zlatan and Olamide’s hit song Gimme Love, was captioned humorously: “That’s massive baby but still give me your love baby.”
The entertainer’s carefree demeanor in the post has drawn further scrutiny, with many wondering if this is his way of handling the ongoing backlash.
This incident continues to raise important conversations about privacy and accountability, particularly for public figures. While Egungun seems to be navigating the controversy with a lighthearted approach, his actions and those of his critics highlight the complexities of managing public and private life in the digital age.
As the story develops, fans and followers remain divided over their support for the embattled content creator.

Nelson’s tumultuous relationship with her son was a recurring theme in his music, shaping some of his most personal and controversial tracks.
On his 2002 hit Cleanin’ Out My Closet, Eminem shared raw and accusatory lyrics about their strained dynamic, rapping about her alleged struggles with prescription drugs. The track was just one instance where their conflicts played out in the public eye.
In 1999, Nelson sued Eminem for defamation over the lyrics in his breakthrough single My Name Is, eventually settling out of court for $25,000.
Despite the legal battle, Nelson later revealed in her 2008 memoir, My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem, that she was deeply hurt by her son’s portrayal of her, calling it “heartbreaking.”
Eminem, who has openly discussed his own battles with addiction, has linked some of his struggles to his upbringing.
On the 2009 track My Mom, he explored the complex influence his mother had on his life and substance abuse.
In other news, Eminem is reportedly set to become a grandfather, marking a poignant juxtaposition of loss and new beginnings in his personal life.

Journalist Adedayo Oderinu Advises Women Against Having Many Children
Nigerian journalist Adedayo Oderinu has sparked conversations on social media with a controversial post urging women to reconsider having too many children.
In his message, he highlighted the potential challenges women could face when raising children, especially in situations where they might have to shoulder the responsibilities alone.
In the post, Oderinu cautioned women, saying, “It is in your best interest to not have too many kids. Too many factors should make you pay attention to this very closely.”
He outlined key reasons for his stance, emphasising the unpredictability of life. “What if you have to take responsibility for the kids alone? Spouses die. Spouses become irresponsible. Spouses become helpless in cases of illness,” he warned.

Oderinu also pointed out the toll raising multiple children could have on a woman’s personal growth and life balance. “While you raise kids, your life’s balance gets altered.
The more kids you raise, the longer your period of imbalance. It would help if you had a life of your own too. It would be best if you achieved some success yourself. Don’t be just a breeder!” he added.
He concluded his message with a strong admonition, urging women to prioritise their well-being and future. “I don’t think you were born to just raise kids! Think about yourself before procreating with reckless abandon!”
The post has since garnered mixed reactions, with some praising the journalist for addressing societal pressures on women, while others criticised his choice of words and tone.
