May, Brand Influencer and first wife of Yul Edochie, has finally opened up how she survived depression from her husband’s second marriage to his colleague, Judy Austin.
Taking to her Instagram Facebook live session on Wednesday, May narrated how she overcame the trauma.
May remarked how many commenters had criticized her for taking advantage of the circumstance.
She admitted that, if she has any enemies, she does not wish this on them.
She asserts that there are various stages to depression and that it is a legitimate condition.
She has made the decision to pick up the pieces of a beautiful world instead of dwelling on it.
May Yul Edochie stated that the love and support she received from her loved ones and supporters helped her overcome her despair.
In her words: “I saw some few comments that May is using this to cash out and all of that and I am like okay, it’s fine, i am cashing out right.
“I don’t wish this upon my enemies, if at all I have any. Depression is real and there are different stages to it. Rather than dwell on depression, I decided to pick up the pieces of a beautiful world that I had. An amazing one that suddenly crushed. I decided to pick up the pieces and move on, rather than dwell on depression.

“It has not been easy. Am glad that I look happy and I appear strong. I am happy, I am glad that I am able to go out and do things. I am surprised at the things that I do. It’s all because of the love and support from my family and you all. These are the things that have kept me going. Honestly speaking people say I aspire and motivate them but the truth is it’s you guys that have inspired me”.
It was reported that the May got her first brand influencing offer after she made headline during second wife crisis with her husband Yul Edochie.

The album’s lead single, Piece of My Heart, featuring Brent Faiyaz, debuted in October and has already achieved significant success, reaching No. 4 on the U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart and No. 7 on the World Digital Song Sales chart.
Trailing Morayo in this week’s poll results were ROSÉ’s solo single Number One Girl in second place and Kendrick Lamar’s surprise album GNX in third.
