This incident echoes a similar complaint made by singer BNXN, also known as Buju, last December. BNXN had accused a lounge of selling him adulterated and fake alcoholic drinks at the same price as genuine ones. He emphasized the importance of respecting customers’ health and financial expenditure, warning that he would publicly expose such practices if they continued.

Both musicians’ statements shed light on the pressing need for stricter regulations and enforcement to curb the distribution of counterfeit alcohol, ensuring consumer safety and trust in the market.
