BBNaija S7: Amaka, Phyna reunite after fight

It seems the friendship between Amaka and Phyna is not ending soon as the due have put their past behind to continue their bond.

Recall Amaka and Phyna’s relationship got rocky on Sunday after Phyna called her a rat.

When Phyna accused Amaka of being a snitch and labelling her a rat, she came to her defence and the two had a screaming match on Sunday. Amaka was left shouting by herself when a grinning Phyna kept telling her to get out and stop making noise.

Phyna called Amaka a “fake pretender,” and Amaka was not having any of it. “This is me. It’s either you deal with me or leave it,” Amaka said.

Phyna used that description after Amaka said she would assess the Level 1 Housemates one-by-one if she would get an opportunity to meet them again. Phyna felt that Amaka is using friendships as a strategy and, therefore, not a genuine person.

Cyph attempted to reconcile the two yesterday but with no luck.

It looks like Phyna has decided to “deal with it”. The two slept later than all their fellow Housemates today, Phyna choosing to take a morning nap on the Living Room floor.

After visiting the Garden in her sleepwear, Amaka decided to go back to bed and take her morning nap.

The two met up in the Bedroom and had some random banter.

The two ladies, joined by Cyph getting ready, spoke about the type of education they want their children to have. Phyna would like her kids to attend a private school to have a good foundation. She adds that when attending a public school, they will learn balance and know that they must mix up.

The two women appear to have patched things up and gone on. This is quite different from how Sunday’s events played out for them.

Following their altercation, the two Housemates made every effort to avoid one another.

872728 199562The book is wonderful, but this review is not exactly spot-on. Being a Superhero is more about selecting foods that heal your body, not just eating meat/dairy-free. Processed foods like those mentioned in this review arent what Alicia is trying to promote. In case you arent open to sea vegetables (and yes, Im talking sea weed), just stop at vegan. 254038

Confirming the heartbreaking news, Talay’s family released a statement expressing their grief and paying tribute to the late artiste.

“It is with overwhelming sadness that we confirm that Mark ‘Yinka’ Orabiyi professionally known as Talay Riley passed away yesterday morning,” the family said.

They described him as a Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum-selling songwriter and artist whose humour, generosity and presence touched countless lives.

“We are deeply grateful for the enormous outpouring of love and support that we have received through messages, calls and visits over the past hours,” the statement added.

Talay, the brother of renowned music producer Scribz Riley, built a successful career spanning more than a decade in the R&B music industry.

He secured a publishing deal with Global Publishing at the age of 18 before later signing with Jive/Sony Records after featuring on rapper Chipmunk’s 2009 single.

Reacting to the tragic loss, Scribz Riley shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, describing his late brother as a mentor, inspiration and a light to many.

“My heart is shattered! This doesn’t feel real. It feels like a bad dream. Just before he went to sleep we spoke about the future, staying positive and about everything we still had left to do. I never imagined that would be our last conversation,” he wrote.

He continued: “Yinka wasn’t just my brother. He was my mother’s son, a friend to many, a mentor, an inspiration, and a light in so many people’s lives. He had one of the purest hearts I’ve ever known. He loved deeply, gave freely, and touched countless people through his talent, kindness, and spirit.

“The outpouring of love already shows how many lives he impacted. You inspired so many people and your legacy will continue to live on through your music, your family, your friends, and everyone blessed enough to have known you.”

Tributes have continued to pour in from across the music industry, with notable artistes including Stormzy and Craig David among those mourning the late singer.
Police investigations into the fatal stabbing remain ongoing.
