Cute Abiola Supports Widows, Old Women With First Salary As Kwara Gov SA
Comedian Cute Abiola, has disclosed that he supported 60 widows and elderly women from his district with his first salary as the Special Assistant (SA) on Creative Industries to Governor AbdulRahmam Abdul Razak of Kwara State.
The former Navy member announced this on wednesday via his official Instagram profile.
Recall that the comedian declared his resignation from the Nigerian Navy a few hours after the governor of Kwara State appointed him to the position of SA.
Cute Abiola claimed that as soon as the governor of Kwara State appointed him as a special assistant, he made a promise to God that he would utilize his first salary from the position to aid his constituents, especially widows and elderly women.
The comedic actor could be seen chatting with members of his constituency while handing out envelopes in an emotional video that he posted on his page.
The old woman, who was amused by the skit maker’s generous act, showered him with prayers, which brought him to tears.
Captioning the video, he wrote, “On November 4, 2022, when I saw my appointment as the SSA to the Governor of Kwara State on Creative Industries, I had a strong covenant with God that I will use my first salary in office to support old women and widows.
“Today, I am indeed glad to have supported 60 women with my first salary in office. I pray that God continues to give me the strength to continue this template.”
