Sean ‘Diddy’ Faces New 120-Person Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Involving Minors

Published

Music icon and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs is now the subject of a staggering lawsuit involving 120 alleged victims, accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and exploitation.

The youngest victim cited in the lawsuit was just nine years old when the alleged abuse occurred, according to a statement from attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the plaintiffs.

Buzbee, a Texas-based lawyer, revealed that his firm was initially contacted by nearly 3,000 individuals with claims against Combs, but after a thorough investigation, the list of plaintiffs was narrowed down to 120.

He alleges that many of the victims were promised opportunities in the entertainment industry, only to suffer exploitation at the hands of the music mogul.

“These individuals were seeking careers in music or television,” Buzbee said during a press conference. “Instead, they were subjected to traumatic experiences that left them wanting nothing to do with the industry.”

The lawsuit details disturbing allegations, including the case of a 15-year-old girl who was allegedly drugged and raped at a party in New York City.

Buzbee claims that these assaults often took place at high-profile events, such as Combs’ infamous “White Parties,” album release celebrations, and New Year’s Eve gatherings.

“The ages of the victims are shocking,” Buzbee stated. “We have individuals as young as nine years old, along with others who were 14 and 15 at the time of the alleged abuse.”

In response, Erica Wolff, an attorney representing Combs, strongly denied the accusations, stating that her client “emphatically and categorically” rejects the claims, saying they are false and defamatory.

The new allegations emerge as Diddy faces an upcoming trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and sexual abuse.

Biztellers reports that he was arrested on Monday, September 17, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan by Homeland Security Investigations at around 8:15 p.m.

The arrest warrant had been issued by Justice Alexander Owoeye of the Federal High Court on January 16, 2025, following an ex parte application by the EFCC seeking to compel Thankgod’s appearance in court.

During a court session on Friday, EFCC counsel, Mrs. Bilikisu Buhari, applied to withdraw the warrant, stating that the charges had already been served on Thankgod’s lawyer, Mr. Monday Ubani, SAN, during open court proceedings.

She argued that the warrant was no longer necessary.
