On October 4, Soberekon filed a lawsuit against Mr. Songz alleging that the talent manager sent assassins to kill him.

On the “Frankly Speaking” podcast, which is co-hosted by comedian Nedu Wazobia, Harrysong made the accusation.

On Tuesday, when Harrysong entered the nation, security personnel at the Lagos International Airport detained him and took him to the station.

The two said they had resolved their disagreements, which they claimed stemmed from misunderstandings, thus everything appeared to be well.

In an interview with Hip TV, the socialite said that Harrysong, whom he referred to as his brother from the same location, had not been prosecuted.

Even though he acknowledged that their case had been prompted by misunderstanding, he still cautioned people against tarnishing others’ reputations by their spoken words.

“Be careful of what you say because there’s law in Nigeria now that has cybercrime act. Just mind words you say, that’s just it. And don’t dent anybody’s reputation.

“But we’re all good. No charges were pressed. He’s my brother. And we’re close. So everything is all good’, he said.

When asked about the current situation of things between him and Harrysong, he replied: “We are brothers. We’re from the same region. We’ve worked together for more than a decade.

“So, we know each other. It’s just misunderstanding. It was not true but I can’t crucify him; that’s just it.”

The appropriate actions had been followed, according to Soberekon’s lawyer, to ensure that Harry stopped threatening his client and that all accusations against him would be dropped.

He said: “We intend going to court together for his arraignment but along the line he tendered an apology, wrote an undertaken to that effect that he won’t threaten my client again. So we are ready to drop the charges.”
