How Traffic Offender Shaded Me Due To My Gender – Taaooma

Taaooma encountered a traffic offender who belittled her and told her to go home and drop off her father’s car before they could speak.
Taaooma spoke out about the similar challenges she has faced in the workplace and in society because of her gender.
She wrote, “Being a woman can be tough sometimes. In your work space, you’re looked down upon. In the society, you’re not as respected.”
Last time out, a traffic offender I challenged on the road told me to “drop my daddy’s car” before I can talk to him.”
Despite backlash from some who blamed her petite size or suggested she was victimizing herself, Taaooma stood firm in her belief that she faced discrimination because of her gender.
Other Twitter users supported her and shared their own experiences with gender inequality.

The reality star’s reaction highlights the challenges celebrities face when intimate content finds its way online.
