Skales Celebrates, Apologises To Wife After ‘Devil’ Marriage Remark
Nigerian singer, John Njenga-Njeng, also known as Skales has issued an apology to his fans and fellow Nigerians for sharing a distressing clip from a diss track that revealed details about his mother’s passing and his marriage.
In a now-deleted post, he criticized his wife Precious for using her Instagram stories to mourn his mother, suggesting that she was only doing it for show.
The singer also advised people to ensure they don’t get married to a heartless person.
The short song was released on his Instagram story. Part of the lyrics gives light to the passing of the Mother, who he calls his queen, while some lyrics spoke about him being married to the devil.
Skales on Wednesday, admitted that he has learnt to control his emotions and mental health when life comes crashing down on him.
He also stated that himself and his wife both made mistakes by addressing their matter in public.
Skales wrote,” Learning to control emotions and taking care of my mental health when life throws me down has to be one of the amazing life lessons I’ve learnt.
“We both made mistakes and I sincerely apologize for letting my grieving times get the best of me by bringing what should be our private life into the public eye, isn’t an act I am proud of and I promise to keep progressing daily in my actions & becoming a better man in handling situations.
“Happy birthday my Queen @her_sanity11, I truly love, respect and care for you & I promise to do better!🤍 Cheers to most amazing year yet.”

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, known as Davido, recently shared how he copes with the pain of losing loved ones.
Having experienced profound grief throughout his life, including the loss of his mother, Mrs. Victoria Imade Adeleke, when he was just 11, and the tragic passing of his three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, as well as friends and associates like Tagbo, DJ Olu, Obama DMW, and his personal photographer, Fortune, in quick succession, Davido has faced numerous challenges.
In a recent interview with Mystery Fashionist in New York, he expressed that his faith has been a crucial source of strength for him during these difficult times.

“I have lost a lot of people. I lost my mum at the age of eleven. I’m just being strong. I did a song called ‘Stand Strong.’
“I feel like strength and obviously, my faith has kept me going,” he said.

“I think sometimes, people think I am not approachable. Another misconception is that people also think I am too accessible.
“I grew up in a big family, I’m used to having people around me. My talent and success is God-given,” he explained.

Global superstar and billionaire, Rihanna, recently gave fans a glimpse into her life as a mother, describing the challenges of raising two boys as an “Olympic sport.”
The 36-year-old singer shared the humorous insight while posting a video of her first son, RZA, attempting to climb out of his cot on her X (formerly Twitter) account.
In the clip, RZA, who was born on May 19, 2022, can be seen struggling but eventually succeeding in his escape from the cot after several attempts. Rihanna captioned the post, “Being a boy mom is an Olympic sport.”
