Toyin Abraham allegedly snub Funke Akindele’s birthday

Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham and her colleague Funke Akindele sparked feud rumour as the former disregarded the latter’s birthday on Wednesday.

The 45-year-old Akindele was feted on Tuesday by a large number of coworkers and business leaders.

However, Toyin Abrahim, who has been friendly with the Omo Ghetto actress, didn’t send any congratulations, stoking rumors that things weren’t completely fine between them.

Abraham stated in a recent interview that Akindele is one of the few persons in the film industry that she really admires and appreciates.

She even went as far as stating how she kneels down to greet her whenever she sees Funke Akindele in public as a sign of respect.

Toyin Abraham snubbed Akindele’s birthday but sent birthday wishes to actress Lola OJ who was a year on the same day.

“Happy birthday my darling sis @lolaoj God bless your new age sis,” Abraham wrote in a captioned of a photo of Lola OJ she posted on her verified Instagram page.

Her fans however questioned why she did not also wish Funke Akindele a happy birthday in response to her action.

Florence Otedola, known as DJ Cuppy, a renowned disc jockey and daughter of Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, has made history as the first Nigerian to host an opening session at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

‘Stop Checking Your Partner’s Phone’ – Yhemolee Urges Couples

Popular media personality, Idowu Adeyemi, known as Yhemolee, has advised couples against checking their partner’s phones in the bid to monitor infidelity.

The nightlifer, who recently married his longtime girlfriend, Thayour B, warned that it can be dangerous to do so, as the information found on a partner’s phone could lead to emotional distress or even pose a risk to one’s mental well-being and life.

Speaking in a video message shared via his Instagram account, Yhemolee said, “My friend called me this morning and told me his fiancée is in the hospital struggling to breathe.

“I asked if she had any terminal illness and he said no. He said she checked his phone overnight. My point is, stop checking your partner’s phone, if you die, the person that made you lose your life will move on.

“My friend confirmed to me that if his fiancée went through his phone very well, she might not survive and even if she survives, whenever she remembers what she saw, she would be traumatised.”
