VeryDarkMan Shifts Focus To Sam Larry, Naira Marley In Mohbad’s Death Investigation
Social media commentator, Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has again brought attention to the unresolved case of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Mohbad passed away under suspicious circumstances on September 12, 2023, and was laid to rest the following day.
Despite ongoing investigations by his family, authorities, and other stakeholders, the truth behind his death remains elusive.
In a recent video, VDM revisited the case, expressing frustration that justice for the late artist has yet to be served. Previously, he had called for a DNA test, suggesting Mohbad’s wife, Wunmi, might be involved in the events surrounding her husband’s death.
However, VDM has now shifted his stance, claiming that Naira Marley, Mohbad’s former employer, and his associate, Sam Larry, possess crucial information regarding Mohbad’s death but have not taken appropriate action.
He said, “Mohbad did not get justice at the end of the day, the truth is that the main distraction was not DNA, the distraction was Naira Marley and Sam Larry.
“They themselves knows what happened to the boy, I’m telling you the truth, all of them know. Up till now nobody has brought proof that Sam Larry or Naira Marley killed the boy, they know themselves, they know what happened that day.
“But they covered it up, they were trying to settle scores on whatever Naira Marley or Sam Larry did to them.”
VDM also highlighted that while Mohbad endured multiple forms of mistreatment from Naira Marley and Sam Larry, only one instance was captured in a “cropped” video that went viral online.

Speaking on the red carpet, Director Isioma Osaje shared her pride in leading the project. “One of the most meaningful stories I’ve ever had the privilege to tell,” she said, reflecting on the emotional weight of the film.
The premiere was hosted by popular media personality Ariyiike Dimples, who added energy and excitement to the event, interviewing guests and celebrities on the red carpet.
The event was attended by an impressive lineup of Nollywood stars, media executives, radio icons, and influencers, all dressed to impress.
The screening of Radio Voice received a standing ovation, with attendees praising the film’s emotional depth and the standout performances of its cast.
